For our client ExxonMobil Antwerp we're looking for a Facility Supervisor.

Key deliverables

Deliver best practice facilities management at Antwerp Refinery consistent with client business needs, compliant with local regulatory requirements and in accordance with all corporate policies/procedures. In accordance with the client work order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance in safety to create a safer work environment, with as result zero accidents.

  • Maintains strong client communications to align service offerings and service levels with current client business needs.

  • Manages the delivery of efficient and cost-effective Facilities Management services, as contractually agreed.

  • Ensures compliance with all local regulatory requirements and with corporate policies/procedures including the OIMS System and Security guidelines.

  • Execute supervisor’s role on Safety and take the lead during the feedback sessions.

  • Manages and motivates contractor personnel to achieve compliance to E&PS (Global Real Estate Facilities) Core Expectation Guidelines

  • Develops, manages, and motivates the facility team through leadership, vision, and setting of goals and objectives, to achieve a highly effective and results driven organization business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Mapping the workload and looking for efficiencies and optimizations within the team.

  • Develop a growth plan and meet the additional demands of the customer.

  • Implements and manages site safety/health/environmental/security systems including OIMS, Logbooks, and business controls system including CIMS, to ensure compliance with corporate expectations and appropriate laws/regulations. Champions in Safety process (PSMS) for employee and contractor personnel.

  • Manages operations and projects to budget opex and capex. Keep an overview of the costs. Develop saving plan for doming years.

  • Manages and monitors key performance indicators, Validation and Verification of 3rd party service statistics and trends to ensure that service levels are aligned with ExxonMobil standards and site Business Unit requirements.

  • Manages the facility asset to ensure optimum asset value through best practices including operations and maintenance including optimum energy usage, site environmental programs, recycling. etc.

  • Manages the development of best practice facility management services through benchmarking, networking, and use of internal ExxonMobil resources.

  • Provides personnel development of ExxonMobil staff and management of labour relations as required.

  • Serves as Primary contact for the customer.

Required Qualifications/Competencies
