What you’ll do:

• 负责抖音、快手、视频号、小红书、B站、微博等新渠道拓展 ；

• 对具体新媒介账号进行内容编辑、策划、运营及数据效果监控；

• 社交营销媒介传播，写手及KOL等资源拓展、建设和维护；

• 挖掘更多营销新渠道、新模式；

• 分析同行业内容营销结构及热点话题，紧跟行业发展趋势，探索更多的合作模式；

• 调研分析用户画像，梳理关键人群，提升自运营账号的点赞、收藏、评论和粉丝量，提升账号活跃度。

Qualifications:

• 本科以上学历，三年以上新媒体运营经验或相关从业经验 ；

• 具备较强的传播文案策划能力和数据分析能力；

• 具有良好的沟通表达能力、应变能力、组织协调能力；

• 掌握和熟悉office办公软件、图片处理软件、视频编辑剪辑软件、各新媒介后台操作的优先考虑；

• 具有较强的执行力，具备良好的自我学习能力和驱动力，责任心强。

• 在新媒介平台账号有大量粉丝者优先考虑。
