Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a growing client of ours! This role primarily involves dispatching, coordinating freight, communication in a fast-paced environment, and data entry of billing information.

They are looking for an individual to work Wednesday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in the dispatching process ensuring smooth operations

• Coordinate freight effectively to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain clear and proactive communication within various departments

• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks for optimal efficiency

• Accurate data entry of billing information to maintain financial records

• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately

• Maintain precise records of customer credit information

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Data Processing

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Excellent Data Entry capabilities

• Knowledge of Purchase and Sales operations

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
