About Micron’s Women Elevated Program: Micron’s Women Elevated (WE) program is designed to empower women who are ready to re-enter the workforce after an extended absence. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Women Elevated program, candidates must:

  • Available for onsite/hybrid work at our Boise, Idaho offices

  • Have at least 6+ years of work experience in their field of study they are looking to return back to work in.

  • Have taken an extended career break of two years or more for reasons such as: Family commitments, Sabbatical, Retirement and other life events
