Adecco Permanent Placement has partnered with a client in the Dalton, GA area to recruit and hire a Production Coordinator.

This role is central to ensuring on-time deliveries and smooth product flow. The Production Coordinator will coordinate the production schedule, manage inventory levels, and work with various departments to ensure all materials and resources are available for production.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to schedule production runs, allocate resources, and manage material flow.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth product flow through the manufacturing process.

• Coordinate with suppliers, manage deliveries, and ensure on-time order fulfillment to meet customer demand.

• Track shipments, coordinate and expidite deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain label information and engineering/maintenance documents in system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Track and log engineering capital requisitions and asset assignments

• Support new project launches, engineering changes, and phase-outs

• Oversee day to day adminstrative functions within the department.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in materials/inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, or similar role

• Associate's or Technical Degree in relative field preferred.

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

• Base salary in the $55k-60k range

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
