Description

We are in search of a dedicated and efficient Account Manager to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. The chosen candidate will be tasked with the management of customer accounts. This role will involve receiving inspection reports, setting up work orders, managing quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and analyze reports from inspectors at various locations.

• Set up and manage work orders once customer quotes are approved.

• Set up quotes in the system and communicate these to customers.

• Manage customer phone calls, answering questions on work orders, services, etc.

• Dispatch technicians to job sites in case of emergency service calls.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with in-house customers from various industries.

• Learn and utilize various software.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of Account Management or Customer Service experience, entry-level candidates also encouraged to apply

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
