The AIML Integration and Delivery/Transparency Engineering team is looking for a full-stack software engineer. Our organization specializes in CI/CD and the delivery of AI models to servers and customer devices. Our team’s mission is to make the engineering workflow as transparent as possible for AIML engineers by providing data and engineering UIs. This requires us to produce and aggregate data from many sources, both emanating from our engineering systems and our customers' devices, process it, and guarantee its quality and reliability. We’re looking for a full-stack software engineer, with a good eye for UI and who’s also comfortable supporting backend services to drive the work on our UIs!

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing, testing, and maintaining rich web experiences with UIs that address significant problems with high volumes of data.

  • Experience bringing an impactful feature to fruition by collaborating with diverse teams.

  • Experience maintaining a living and sophisticated codebase with a modern stack.

  • Solid understanding of TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

  • Comfortable with backend services and with Java.

  • A passionate learner who follows or participates in dev community events and content.

  • Possesses great synthesis and communication skills.

  • A good design sense and a good understanding of data visualization concepts.

  • Tech leadership, ability to mentor and grow more junior talent.

Description

In this role, you will be helping maintain an internal developer experience tool for engineering and ML teams. The tool provides insights into disparate data sources and offers self-service feature to make developers' lives easier. You'll be working with teams across the AI/ML organization. To be successful, you'll be expected to efficiently collaborate, communicate and take part in the ownership of user experience, design, implementation, and maintenance. You'll be expected to work closely with backed engineers on the team to ensure deliverables are achievable, and produce design concepts that inspire and are well thought through.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
