Aerotek Maintenance Technician in DONALD, Oregon

Description:

The maintenance technician work closely with the maintenance and operation teams to address and resolve equipment and manufacturing obstacles and mechanical/electrical problems. Performs routine maintenance while minimizing line downtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Lifting of 50 lbs Ability to stand on feet all day Ability to use material handling equipment including: boom lifts, forklifts, scissor lifts, etc. Must haves: Equipment or machinery maintenance, FACILITIES only will not work. ability to use hand and power tools. Prefer PLC experience VFD trouble shooting Ability to prioritize work orders based on business need partner with production and machine operators to help fix equipment ability to follow instructions ability to use a computerized maintenance tracking software Must be able to stand for entire shift Prefer MIG and/or TIG welding experience Parts ordering Types of equipment: conveyor belts, pasteurizing equipment, boilers, automated shelling equipment, bagging lines

do not need to have own tools, they will be provided on site
