What you get to do in this role:
Perform linguistic testing by verifying linguistic accuracy of in-context text andcheck for typographical, grammatical, syntax and punctuation errors
Perform internationalization testing for RTL (right to left)
Contribute to the quality and test engineering improvement roadmap for the Products in Arabic
Evaluate quality trends to customer feedback and lead corrective action plans
Align and integrate company test procedures with International Standards requirements
Build and maintain test frameworks
Identify/isolate Internationalization and Localization defects, and document/categorize them in a defect database
Functional testing of ServiceNow Platform
Create innovative test solutions
Triage, analyze, and debug issues and drive issues resolution with the team
Seek continuous improvement of quality engineering processes
Creating/sharing reports with each stake holder to inform the localization quality status/improvements
To be successful in this role you have:
3-6 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in enterprise software
Native-level proficiency in Arabic
Understanding of Arabic-market locale requirements, including calendars, time formats, number systems, sorting, directionality
Proven experience with delivering high quality software products within a full development life cycle
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
Flexibility to respond, and react to changing priorities efficiently and quick Acute attention to details
Proven ability to work with teams and build a high-performance culture
Desire to interact with many different software development teams to test and report on product issues pertaining to localization
Pro-active and self-motivated, with demonstrated creative and critical capabilities
