Aspects of Your Work :

The candidate will take part in unique assignments within the Quality Assurance team, not limited to: Standard Operating Procedure Development, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Quality Engineering to support Parker’s Zero Defects Initiative. You will be part of a team working to innovate and develop manufacturing process improvements. Typical tasks may include improving and maintaining SOPs and FMEAs, learning the process for tool design and application of problem-solving, statistical analysis, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

The requirements to be part of the Program are:

· Must be actively pursuing a degree in Chemical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

· The program will begin Summer 2024.

· GPA 3.0 or better

· Strong leadership skills and a “can do” attitude.

· Strong analytical, mechanical conceptualization, and problem-solving capabilities,

· Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new applications.

· Strong innovation and creative thinking, self-motivated.

· Proven ability to handle confidential information.

· Detail oriented individual with demonstrated organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

· Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and within a team environment.

· Familiarity using statistical software or related tools.

· Some experience making technical presentations and report writing.
