1.支持Carrier Excellence各阶段工作推进计划，组织实施并监控进展,支持工厂完成Cx Matrix自评估，并达成总部对站点的Cx认证等级

Implement the Cx certification items, including Cx matrix self assessment and do actions to meet WHQ Cx certification requirements.

2.工厂目标一致的培训，主导，分解落实到Tier1。 Handling the factory goal alignment training and deployment

3.负责支持Carrier Excellence文化氛围的建立（Carrier Excellence工具培训，CxCP项目推广，Cx Award Recognition Program及各类Carrier Excellence活动的组织、

参与，开利卓越实践级人才、改善项目领导者和合格讲师培养计划的跟进

Build the Cx culture( Make the plan for Cx tools training, CxCP projects promotion, Cx Award Recognition Program and organize Cx KAIZEN event, make

plans for developing Cx associate& Practitioners, event leaders, and qualified trainers .

4. 设计Pitch board、Carrier Excellence Board、Cx文化展厅、培训中心并定时更新

Set up Pitch board、Carrier Excellence Board 、Cx room、training center and maintaining.

5. 工厂可视化管理 Visual factory management（5S included）

6. 工厂Andon系统以及误工管理和维护 set up and maintain the factory Andon system and turn back management

7.合理化建议的系统管理和维护 Factory

8.. Benchmark的策划和实施 benchmark planning and implement

9. 维护合理化建议的机制 Maintain the mechanisms of continuous improvement ideas.

Qualification & Requirement 任职要求 ：

1.本科学历，工业工程或质量相关专业，工作经验23年左右，精通IE，待过精益改善项目。

Bachelor degree, major in industrial engineering or quality related, about 2-3 years of work experience, proficient in IE, have been in lean improvement projects.

2.Office运用熟练,有逻辑思考能力，做事积极，性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力，会CAD者优先

Proficient in Office, logical thinking ability, active, cheerful personality, able to work under pressure, CAD skills preferred

3.具各良好的分析、同題解決、人交往、沟通和談判能力

Possess good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

4.具备英语读写能力，英语口语流利者优先

Ability of reading and writing in English, Fluent spoken English is preferred
