Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$100,300.00 - $165,500.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As the Manager Risk Intelligence, you will be responsible for pro-actively reviewing, tracking, remediating, and reporting on potential security incidents and/or other events impacting the company and its employees. In this role your actions will align with security service's strategic vision and organizational business objectives, and you will be able to self initiate tasks and assignments.

What Will You Do?

  • Research and write in-depth daily, weekly, and quarterly reports and advisories on security threats to employees and operations worldwide for various audiences within the company.

  • Identify, track, monitor, and report imminent and actual man-made, natural, and technological threats and trends impacting our people, assets, information, and brand.

  • Be aware of changing geopolitical events which could impact stability and operations. Provide research, analysis, coordination, publishing and briefs on security threats, non-technical risks, and geo-political issues in diverse geographical areas in foreign countries or domestic operations that have the potential of affecting the organization’s operations and employees.

  • Maintain internal and external security and intelligence industry contacts that focus on threat and risk issues.

  • Manage and conduct research into various reference archives and databases to extract information contributing to threat and risk analysis or due diligence and background investigation research.

  • Work with leadership to identify vendors and tools to build upon and grow viable solutions for improving the security analysis process and function.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or related major.

  • Minimum five years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization.

  • Strategic thinker and be collaborative.

  • Working knowledge/experience of intelligence topics, risk, and security mitigation.

  • Experience with intelligence research methodology and technology.

  • Knowledge and understanding of security operations concepts and practices, including risk assessment, the intelligence cycle and risk mitigation.

  • Ability to interpret high volumes of data, compile concise and accurate reporting, using the appropriate language for its audience, from multiple sources.

  • Highly adept at communicating clearly and succinctly verbally and in writing.

  • Work well under pressure in moments of emergency response.

  • Responsive to changing environments and adaptable to unpredictable circumstances.

What is a Must Have?

  • Four years experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization.
