Responsibilities

The Senior IT Business Analyst -- Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing business processes and systems that impact the Supply Chain organization. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing systems to ensure efficient and accurate order management operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the operations team and IT department to implement and support systems that enable efficient order management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems to identify improvement areas and develop strategies for enhancing system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the operations team, both in the field and at the corporate level, to identify business requirements and develop system solutions.
• Configure and customize enterprise systems to align with specific business needs.
• Test system upgrades and enhancements to ensure proper integration and compliance with business requirements.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proficiency in system functionality and procedures.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations, providing input on system design, configuration, and testing.
