Aston Carter Supply Chain Administrator in Hillsboro, Oregon

Description:

  • Typical day includes ensure data entry and documentation has a high attention to detail, reporting within ERP system and ensuring organization is kept for planning supply chain purposes.

  • Working within Excel and being able to utilize basic formulas and filter through parts/skews for example.

  • High level of communication to seek out answers & provide solutions from several different departments within the warehouse and within the office side.

  • Schedule, organize and run meetings with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Baseline knowledge and experience within supply chain/planning department

  • Administrative experience and the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail

  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (utilizing excel for basic formulas and being able to maneuver through all MS systems efficiently)

  • High level of communication skills and the ability to organize, coordinate and run team meetings to ensure team members are on the same page

  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative to ask questions, provide solutions and learn and grow within this role
