The Role

Report to Regional FM Director you will sit on-sire at the client's impressive and colourful Hong Kong Head Office. Playing a vital role in coordinating all reactive and preventative. maintenance, facilitating on site events.

For the successful person, this is a unique opportunity to immerse in one of the world’s most iconic transportation brands, putting yourself on the map within CBRE, and working towards a promotion up to Senior Facilities Manager.

A typical day may involve:

  • Alignment: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track facility performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Office cleaning: Monitor office cleanliness and arrange extra disinfection cleaning when required during covid situation.

  • Repair & Maintenance: Manage and arrange all R&M for HVAC, Fire services, plumbing and drainage & electrical.

  • Workplace experience enhancement: Arrange office tour for all new joiners and improve office equipment or furniture.

  • Vendor management: Manage all contractors performance on behalf of the client

  • Manage client and local stakeholder expectation: Regular catch up with client based in Singapore. Maintain good relationship with local stakeholders and understand their needs.

  • Events management: Organize internal office events such as Well-being activities, Festive celebration and Client Anniversary etc.

  • Catering arrangement: Manage the catering vendor services, including pantry snacks and beverages.

  • Documentation work: Invoice, FM communications, etc.

  • Financial: Prepare annual budgets, monitor and control office expenses.

Requirements

  • (ESSENTIAL) - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six years of related progressive experience and/or training. Bachelor's degree is desired, with focus on business, technical or management areas.

  • (PREFERED) - Facility Management certification preferred.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets.

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
