MILITIA PROTECTION and MILITIA AQUA REFRESH

Account Manager:

• Greet new Home and Business owners as they move into their homes or new business location and design their security, video surveillance, automation, surround sound (audio), and commercial access control systems. Discuss water purification and provide a water test for client. Discuss system options and benefits.
• During the design process, provide potential customer with a quote that covers equipment, installation, and monthly monitoring/subscription/service fees.
• Complete paperwork (receipt, monitoring agreement, and finance agreement) with customer.
• Provide signs and decals for customer and coordinate a date for installation
• Report new customer and installation date
• Follow up and keep in touch with customer to strengthen and build relations with client.

Position Pay:

• Account Manager pay is scaled based on personal dedication and success.
• Account Managers can have a base pay with bonus structure, OR can choose to straight commissions (higher pay).

Hours and Training:

• Classroom and Field training is provided at no cost.
• Training pay will be discussed if the position is offered.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a federal background check with no violent or sexual offenses (case by case can be reviewed for approval)
• Positive attitude and a desire to excel and improve.
