Job Description
Delivers and picks-up packages and supplies between customers' offices and ABC Imaging locations
Provides excellent customer service, maintains a professional manner
Speaks with customers to identify opportunities for repeat business
Obtains customer signatures; listen to & reports service complaints
Maintains a detailed and accurate delivery and mileage log
Communicates with dispatch via hands free radio and/or cell phone
Maintains a clean and reliable vehicle for use
Provides backup for production department and assists in moving ABC and customer equipment as needed
Follows all company and government safety rules and regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
1 – 3 years direct driving/delivery experience
Must own reliable transportation with proof of insurance
Excellent knowledge of metropolitan area
Superior customer service ability
Good driving record with no violations
Ability to lift 70lbs frequently
Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
