Description

A Nationwide Healthcare Organization is looking for bring on a Payroll Specialist to join its Los Angeles Team. The Organization believes that every member of the team contributes to the overall success and growth of the company. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing our company's payroll using ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate must have multistate experience and have conducted payroll for over 1000 employees.

Your Tasks:

· Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data using ADP Workforce Now.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

· Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

· Handle administrative tasks, like answering employee questions, resolving any payroll discrepancies, and providing regular payroll reports.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a payroll role.

• Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is mandatory.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
