Work within the Platform and Performance team to build, automate, support, and maintain Charters eCommerce online ordering platforms. Build and maintain advanced Platforms utilizing containers and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Spring Cloud. Work on several highly complex projects and initiatives, including migrating Buyflow Services to cloud infrastructure. Utilize CI/CD tools and pipeline solutions, such as GitLab, Jenkins, Puppet, and Artifactory to automate deployments and optimize infrastructure builds. Utilize AWS to build and maintain infrastructure by developing infrastructure architecture strategies, standards, target architectures, and road maps. Recommend and develop implementation strategies for future system enhancements. Work with developers, testers, and deployment teams to create software deployments. Write and update automation scripts used to create infrastructure in the cloud and support the installation of server software products utilizing Python, Ruby, Bash, or Groovy. Develop and enhance CI/CD pipe solutions. Develop and execute plans to scale infrastructure to support business needs. Configure necessary hardware and virtual machines. Work with developers and hardware teams to update infrastructure and Operating Systems for applications and to install or upgrade third party software. Troubleshoot complex problems which arise in the ongoing support for these environments using Telemetry and Analytics tools. Configure, troubleshoot, and conduct performance management of Linux systems. Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and Spring Cloud to build, automate, support and maintain advanced platforms.

RequiresBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field. 4 years of experience building solutions utilizing CI/CD tools,including at least 2 of the following: GitLab, Jenkins, and Puppet; writing and maintaining scripts written in one of the following languages: Python, Ruby, Bash or Groovy; and configuring,troubleshooting, and conducting performance management of Linux Systems. 3 years of experience building and maintaining advanced platforms utilizing containers and orchestration technologies, including at least 1 of the following: Docker, Kubernetes, or Spring Cloud; and building and maintaining infrastructure in AWS. A hybrid (in office and remote work) arrangement is available.
