Your key responsibilities• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems and implementing solutions• Ensuring compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations, include serving as the Signing Master per the State of Minnesota electrical standards• Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement electrical upgrades and improvements• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members, and maintaining accurate records of all electrical work performed• Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the electrical field

You bring• Must hold a Master Electrician license or equivalent certification. Plus several years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair and familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals• Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment, and strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces
