Google Global Product Solutions Lead, Agency Video Incentives in New York, New York

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with SQL and dashboard.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in media agency business or agency relationship management.

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence peers/leadership.

  • Experience working with incentive offerings and video ads products (e.g., YouTube, DV360 Video, etc.).

  • Experience with analytical tools, datasets, and SQL.

  • Experience with stakeholder relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, and relationship management skills.

Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  • Design, launch, and optimize Video focused agency incentive programs (e.g., Agency Growth Program, Principal Trading, etc.) including the development of requisite communications, global training, processes, and seller collateral.

  • Develop new agency video incentives that address short-term customer challenges.

  • Manage work streams to gather internal sales feedback and external marketing landscape insights.

  • Prioritize program improvements and requests with Product and Engineering counterparts, identifying both long-term system features and building solutions as needed.

  • Develop and partner with go-to-market, Finance, Product, Legal, and Accounting teams to streamline cross-program processes (e.g., Contracting, Program Configuration, etc.).
