Catering Salesperson Fat Cousins is seeking to add a dynamic and customer-focused Catering Salesperson to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our catering services to potential clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of catering events. As a part-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours and contribute to the growth of our catering business.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate leads.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Gather feedback and address concerns promptly.

  • Provide personalized customer service and recommendations.

  • Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate catering services for events.

  • Ensure menu selections and setup meet client expectations.

  • Oversee event execution to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue.

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

  • Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Use market insights to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in catering or hospitality.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

  • Flexible schedule for client meetings and event coordination.
