Full-Time Position

Starting Pay: *Depends on experience and number of billable hours

*Travel will be required with mileage reimbursement available

Job Summary: CBRS workers assist children, adolescents, and adults in developing skills that will enable them to cope with emotional and behavioral disorders. The CBRS can be completed in the home or in the community and surrounding area of Orofino. Case Managers help with linking and coordinating services to individuals and families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass A Criminal Background Check
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test
  • Possess a Valid Drivers License
  • Possess current vehicle insurance
  • A bachelors degree in a Human Services field or be a Licensed Social Worker

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with a diverse population who are experiencing behavioral health concerns and/or crisis.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage ever changing priorities.
  • Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, individual and family services.
  • Must have the aptitude to problem solve, manage stress, and adapt to change.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and non-traditional hours as needed.
  • Willing to participate in on-call rotation (after crisis intervention training).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients within the community, client homes, or at the office.
  • Travel within Orofino and up to 60 miles from Orofino to see clients (mileage reimbursement available)
  • Balance and track client needs, treatment plan goals, and allowable billables for each client.
  • Create your own schedule to maximize meeting the needs of clients.
  • Participate and contribute to treatment planning process with Clinical Supervisor for all assigned clients.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings with and without clients.
  • Professionally interact with clients, other staff, clinical staff, clinical supervisor, and other key stakeholders as identified as essential to client care.
  • Timely complete mandated paperwork and maintain productivity standards.
  • Maintain HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries always.
  • Case Managers assist individuals living with mental health challenges through facilitating access to additional needed services through comprehensive assessment, service planning, referral, and monitoring.
  • Complete continuing education annually as required for your degree and the state for CBRS/CM workers.
  • Assist with providing routine service delivery and crisis service delivery to clients.
  • In assisting with crisis be able to work with a client towards de-escalation and development of a plan to manage the crisis.
  • Complete other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
