Voor onze site in België (Oudenaarde) zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een tijdelijk reliability technician voor een minimum van 6 maanden in het dagstelsel.

Job omschrijving:

• Je werkt in directe samenwerking met de Product Reliability engineer die verantwoordelijk is voor de betrouwbaarheid bij het kwalificeren van nieuwe technologieën, de overdracht van bestaande technologieën naar een andere productielocatie of verbeteringen aan bestaande technologieën. De technologieën variëren van hoogspannings-BCD tot diepe submicron CMOS-nodes, waarbij de bijbehorende productielocaties zich in Europa, de VS en Japan bevinden.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van het materiaal (ontvangst van productielocaties, inkomenscontrole, serialisatie, voorbereiding per lot & per stress evenement, verzending naar andere Reliability Laboratories, administratie in onsemi Reliability Management volgsysteem).

• Voor stress events gepland in het Reliability Laboratorium van Oudenaarde verzorg je het elektrisch testen van de onderdelen (ATE in de Enginieering Lab) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laden van de onderdelen op de Reliability hardware. Je houdt de datatrackingdatabases met betrekking tot de kwalificaties up-to-date.

• Je blijft alle Product Reliability-taken ondersteunen in nauwe interactie met de andere Reliability Technicians. Voor al deze activiteiten zijn specifieke opleidingen op de werkvloer gepland zoals: Scanning Akoestische Microscopie inspectie, Wire Pull en Ball Shear testen, visuele inspectie na decapsulatie, opstarten van spanningstests (thermische cycli en opslagkamers), opstarten van biased tests (HTOL en HAST) en Solder Reflow- uitvoering.

Profiel:

• Hoger secundair onderwijs Elektronica of Elektrotechnieken

• Ervaring op de afdeling betrouwbaarheid is een pluspunt, maar wij staan open voor pas afgestudeerden

• Geduld en precisie (manipulatie van kleine verpakkingstypes van IC’s is vereist)

• Je valt op door jouw zin voor initiatief en hands-on mentaliteit

• Open geest om problemen en uitdagingen te melden die u tijdens de uitvoering tegenkomt en je beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen

• Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken

• Een goede basis kennis Engels

We are currently looking for a temporary reliability technician for a minimum of 6 months in the day system for our site in Belgium (Oudenaarde).

Job description:

• You work in direct collaboration with the Product Reliability engineer who is responsible for reliability when qualifying new technologies, transfer of existing technologies to another manufacturing site or improvements to existing technologies. The technologies are ranging from high-voltage BCD to deep submicron CMOS nodes, the related manufacturing sites being located in Europe, the US and Japan.

• You will be responsible for handling of the material (receiving from production sites, income inspections, serialization, preparation per lot & per stressing event, shipment to other Reliability Laboratories, administration in the onsemi Reliability Management tracking system).

• For stressing events planned in the Reliability Laboratory of Oudenaarde, you will take care of the electrical testing of the parts (ATE in the Engineering Lab) and will be responsible for loading of the parts on the Reliability hardware. You will maintain the data tracking databases related to the qualifications up to date.

• You will continue to support all Product Reliability tasks in close interaction with the other Reliability Technicians. Specific on-the-job training is planned for all these activities, such as: Scanning Acoustic Microscopy inspection, Wire Pull and Ball Shear testing, visual inspection after decapsulation, start-up of stressing tests (thermal cycling and storage chambers), start-up biased tests (HTOL and HAST) and Solder Reflow execution.

Profile:

• Higher secondary education in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

• Experience in reliability is a plus, but we are open to recent graduates

• Patience and precision (manipulation of small package types of ICs is required)

• You stand out because of your sense of initiative and hands-on mentality

• Open mind to report issues and challenges encountered during execution and you have strong problem-solving skills

• You function well in a team, but you can also work independently

• A good basic knowledge of English
