A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Salesforce Business Analyst II,

As a Salesforce Business Analyst II, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments as part of our Business Intelligence team. Utilizing your project management and technical skills, you will oversee multiple company initiatives, provide support to Salesforce end users and teams, and drive impactful outcomes through Salesforce and other business intelligence tools. This role will primarily involve managing Salesforce functionalities such as flows/automation, identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and automate processes, and handling Salesforce administration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree OR 3 years of relevant working experience & two Salesforce certifications
  • 2-3 years of CRM experience
  • Proficient in SQL/SOQL/SOSL
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile project management
  • 2+ years of experience in change management within an IT environment
  • 2+ years of experience with IT help desk ticketing
  • Actively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.
• Preferred Requirements
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • 3+ Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow
  • Experience with Apex
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel + PowerPoint

• Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) with the possibility of travel 1-2 weeks a year
