Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a meticulous Sales Support professional to join our team in Post Falls, Idaho. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of sales support, including processing and coding purchase orders, data entry, and providing back-office support.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and code customer purchase orders, ensuring all information is correct.

• Efficiently enter orders into the ERP system and make necessary updates to sales orders as required.

• Review entered sales orders for accuracy and communicate any necessary corrections.

• Provide support to the sales and account departments, assisting with additional duties as assigned.

• Use your skills in purchase orders, data entry, and back-office support to ensure smooth operations within the sales department. Requirements • Must have a solid understanding of purchase orders and their processing

• Proficient in data entry, with a keen eye for detail

• Experience in back office support within a sales environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on urgency

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically

• High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude

• Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and manage stress effectively

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills within the role.
