[This position is fast paced and must maintain a high degree of accuracy and a positive attitude, be a team player who enjoys talking and learning about plants and has pleasant phone and communication etiquette to ensure excellent customer service experiences. Be open to assisting other roles and/or departments should the need arise. Occasionally work weekends for tours, open houses, or education center classes. ]{new="" roman="" times=""}

Duties include but at not limited to:

• Answering telephones
• Processing orders
• Addressing customer needs
• Customer email correspondence
• Assisting on-site customers
• Communicating data integrity issues
• Additional data entry and tasks as required
• Assist with fulfilling orders
