Position Overview: Legacy Cooperative has an exciting opportunity to lead our store location in Rolla as the Convenience Store Manager. This position will manage all parts of the Rolla store location. This position will report to the Retail Manager and will work in cooperation with the Division Managers.   • Provides daily supervision of store staff, including resource planning, hiring, orientation, performance review, training and scheduling.
  • Establishes and communicates store goals and results to employees, staffing the store and delegating the workload, actively supporting employee growth, and upholding cooperative policies.
  • Establishes store goals with assistance from applicable retail division managers.
  • Assists with the development of annual sales and promotion programs.
  • Maintains and reports all required operational reports to management.
  • Is responsible for providing and promoting the services necessary to meet the stores goals.
