Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.

  Business Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and operations.

• Develop and implement effective business solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.

  Stakeholder Communication and Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including during the requirements planning and management processes.

• Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment between stakeholders.

  Documentation and Reporting:

• Document requirements, establish scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

  The team

Our Digital Health team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients' most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies "heart of the business" issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government, and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client's technology challenges.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5 -7 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in developing and documenting business and system requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  Desired:

• Prior professional services or government consulting experience

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $181,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
