       Lead Staff - 21st CCLC - Kootenai Elementary (Afterschool Program) 4 hours/day (20 hours/week) 2024-25 School YearThe 21st Century Community Learning Center grant provides for after-school and summer programs to support student learning. You'll be supporting students' academic, social and emotional growth. This position is the Lead Staff position at Kootenai Elementary, coordinating activities at the site under the guidance of the Program Coordinator. The position is scheduled from approximately 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm through the school year.Wage for this position for the 2023/24 school year is $24.25/hour. (This is a grant funded position. Any updates to hourly rates will be posted upon approval of grants.)LPOSD is well supported by the community, and there are many parents and other community members who regularly volunteer in our schools.   • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Associates Degree or passing score on Paraprofessional Praxis test - preferred

  • Ability to relate with program participants and their parents/guardians

  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision/self-motivated

  • Ability to serve as a positive role model for children and youth

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Training and current certification of CPR and First Aid
