Position Scope and Responsibilities

  • In the order-to-cash process life cycle coordinate with customers, sales account executives, design, preparation, production, and quality control in design development including quotations, and samples, order entry and confirmation, releases of products for shipping, and follow-up on product deliveries, e.g., handling of customer complaints.
  • Communicate with customers, sales account executives, production and nonproduction, department heads, managers, and supervisors
  • Work in a partnership with customers/prospects and sales account executives about maintenance and development of customer accounts
  • Collect forecast from customers and work with them to measure and improve forecast accuracy
  • Assist in developing sales presentations for prospects and customers, and visit customer sites to support sales growth and understand customer goals and requirements
  • Responsible for the maintenance of customer master data files
  • Responsible for creating documentation for and highlight FSC and SFI orders working with the FSC and SFI Coordinator.
  • Foster ideas for process and systems improvements and automation of manual workflows
  • Manage smaller projects internally
