Nvidia Manager, Product Yield Engineering in Santa Clara, California

We are seeking Product Yield Engineering Manager who is experienced, creative problem solvers in various areas and passionate to want to make a clear impact with the work they do. As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into consumer, professional and datacenter markets.

What you'll be doing:

  • As Product Development Engineer Yield Manager, you will influence ASIC design to improve product cost modeling with direct influence on yield across manufacturing stages

  • Your team will be fully responsible for building End to End yield monitoring systems

  • Build NVIDIA proprietary test algorithms codes using C++ and/or other computer language to enable an optimized products with the lowest power and highest performance

  • Influence Production yields to better improve the overall operation efficiency

  • Automate ATE Silicon Failure Analysis flows to help improve RMA detectability and correlation

  • Responsible to identify systematics and product yield limiters to help better optimize production yields

What we need to see:

  • Excellent and hands on experience in building systems with C++ and Python coding

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ overall years of equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of leadership experience

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Experience in ASIC Mixed Signal Design, characterization and qualification

  • Excellent interpersonal engineering skills, multi-functionally and between companies

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Build computer systems to optimize manufacturing yields

  • Previous experience in product bring up and yield limiters

  • Strong background in ASIC design, DFT and Foundry process

  • Previous knowledge and experience in C++, and Python programming

  • Skill at collaborating with teams across the globe

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
