Nvidia Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer in Santa Clara, California

We are now looking for a System Test Engineer. You will be joining the team that support our local CM to improve efficiency & productivity. You will be developing test strategies and manufacturing test solutions for system products at NVIDIA by implementing a semi-automatic test station.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with other test engineers and product engineers’ teams to define and implement manufacturing test solutions for variety Nvidia products at early stage as well during mass production.

  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance test and production efficiency.

  • Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

  • Provide onsite CM support for builds as needed.

  • Review and provide feedback for new strategies and test solution during the validation process.

  • Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of experience with post silicon validation in Board or System products.

  • BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.

  • Python programming and bash scripting experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience designing and qualifying test fixtures/testers.

  • Understanding of communication protocols: PCIE, I2C, OSFP

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 235,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
