Reporting to the China Legal Entity Controller, you will play an active role in one of the fastest growing entities within the Company.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responsible for reviewing annual CIT calculation, reconciliation, including the followup working such as related party transaction contemporaneous documentation etc.
To maintain good working relationship with the tax bureau, tax consultant and internal/external auditor
Responsible for all related reports - i.e. statistical bureau, financial bureau
Assist/handle in preparation of tax returns such as VAT, local levy, corporate income tax (CIT), stamp duty, withholding tax, issue Golden Tax System (GTS) etc.
Work with other functions such as the Asian share service center, the APAC Tax team, third party service providers et.
Assist in other ad hoc project where required
The successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You should be motivated, independent, a self-starter and a versatile team player.
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications, CPA would be a plus
At least 5 to 8 years of accounting/finance experience with a MNC/ with big 4 tax department experience is a plus.
Familiar with PRC GAAP, US GAAP; SAP knowledge would be a plus
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Fluent in written and spoken English
