Position summary:

The Quality and Security Awareness position is responsible for ensuring that all cybersecurity practices meet our stringent quality standards and for developing and implementing an effective security awareness program. This role is vital in promoting a strong security culture throughout the organization and ensuring that employees are informed and vigilant about cybersecurity threats and best practices.

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for cybersecurity practices.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and external cybersecurity regulations.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with IT and Quality team to ensure all security related controls are followed.

  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Security Awareness

  • Design and deliver engaging and informative security awareness training programs for all employees.

  • Develop materials and campaigns to promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

  • Coordinate with different departments to assess and address specific security training needs.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the security awareness programs.

Education & special trainings:

  • BS in Computer Information Systems or equivalent

  • One or more security certifications such as, CISSP, CISM or GIAC, etc., are preferred

Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience is required

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Cyber Security.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity quality standards and frameworks

  • Knowledge to develop and interpret standards, policies, procedures, and strategies

  • Knowledge of China cybersecurity laws and regulations.

  • Experience in interacting with cybersecurity authorities in China.

  • Experience in developing and implementing security awareness programs.

  • Experience working with third-party providers.

  • Strong Communicator with a proven track record of success when working with business units.

  • Experience driving change within an organization or workgroup.

Physical & mental requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and identify Information Security solutions to challenging business problems

  • Demonstrated ability to manage/organize

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills

  • Able to write and communicate in English
