Amazon Sales Support Specialist in Shanghai, China

We are seeking motivated Sales Support to develop and deliver sales support initiatives. The Sales Support will execute sales operational tasks to ensure AGL services deliverables and experience to sellers and internal stakeholders. The role will work on Amazon systems, interact with multiple sales teams, and perform daily operational tasks on seller onboarding, contracting, account configuration, and other sales support or admin tasks.

The ideal candidate should have strong ownership to work independently and deliver timely and accurately in a complex and fast-growing business environment. The candidate will be able to interface with technology systems, be comfortable in executing repeatable processes while identify and proactively explore opportunities for process improvement or automation.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct full seller onboarding process from contracting to account creation and configuration, by strictly following SOPs

· Explore opportunities to continuously improve process efficiency, and update SOPs in accordance

· Provide analysis on onboarding processes and present findings to the team

· Respond to internal and external stakeholders to effectively address customer needs

· Document and provide visibility of process deliverables

· Generate various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to track against objectives

· Provide daily support to other multiple sales teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks including but not limited to: contract management, data cleaning and mapping, hotline to general questions from wide sales team, reports generation, training, sales admin etc.

Basic Qualifications

· 3+ years’ working experience in logistics or e-business industry

· Able to work on repetitive tasks with high quality and efficiency

· Willing to work flexible hours in order to meet task deadlines

· High business ethics and sense of data confidentiality and compliance

· Excellent communication skills, and customer obsession

· Excellent in using Excel and other software

· Good at both oral and written English

· Supply Chain or data analytical relevant education background

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to identify loop holes or opportunities, and develop solutions to continuously improve

· Outstanding problem solving, and learning agility
