Amazon Senior Account Manager in Shenzhen, China

Job summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual with Time Bounded Account Management (TBAM) experience to drive China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon marketplaces by leverage amazon product/features.

The Account Manager will partner with sellers to grow sellers' businesses on Amazon including identifying opportunities, monitoring seller's healthy growth, performance, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

The successful account manager will:

  • Manage seller/leads through Wecom/Email/Call/Event to drive leads (adoption of Amazon features/high-value-action) to launch.

  • Managed sellers/leads to grow the selections on Amazon, increase the sales with profit, and enhance customer experience.

  • Managed sellers/leads to drive the seller facing features/service adoption and other high value actions.

  • Drive business review/interview with selected sellers and do analysis to understand sales trend /drivers and develop recommendations on how to grow the business.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and EU&NA marketplace business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments

  • Learn to become the expert in using internal tools to provide solution to sellers and deliver Amazon business result.

  • Learn from Voice of Seller to ensure seller experience, facilitate high level decision making, and improve Amazon features/Tools.

  • Contribute to team business strategy development and identify the correct input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs.

  • Identify new opportunities across a large number of sellers, develop and execute project plans.

  • Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Solid Research Paper Writing Skills or Experiences, strong logic thinking
