• Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company

• Recruitment: coordinate and conduct recruitment process according to company policy via effective ways, including creating and updating JDs, building up and maintaining effective sourcing channels and candidate pool, screening candidates, organizing and conducting interview/test, assessment, background check, physical check, extending formal offers of employment, etc.

• Training: coordinate and conduct training process according to company policy, including but not limited developing and maintaining training resources, organizing daily trainings and employee orientation training, maintaining special equipment and work permission certifications

• HR/Adm. operation process: be responsible for employee on-boarding, contract, termination and transfer, probation management, performance management, support employee relation issues, awards and punishment, local activities organization, etc.

• Attendance management: maintain attendance system, provide accurate attendance data on time every month, propose system update requirements; provide training and support for attendance staff

• Reporting: support and submit the yearly and monthly reports on time and accurately related HC Planning, budget plan, labor cost forecast, training plan, attendance data analysis, etc.

• Support company culture construction, organize employee/company activities and events; support culture survey and related action plans implementation

• Compliance: archive above mentioned documents and maintain related system as required to comply with company regulations and be responsible for related internal and external audit
