Job Posting – Production Planner

Our organization is fast-paced, we need to be flexible – be able to drop less prioritized tasks to focus on new upcoming issues. You will have a large responsibility, but of course with support from other functions whom you will work closely with. You work independently and yet together with the Swedish planning team. The job requires you to take a lot of own initiatives, including initiatives for changes. To be fit for this role it’s important that you are driven, ambitious and like to push for your ideas.

Planning is at the core of our operations, getting information from all different departments so filtering and prioritizing based on this is a major part of the job. You will be the one with the most information, having a lot of connections with different departments globally. You make sure we are aligned with what’s important.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Creating production plan on all products. Based on: demand plan, stock levels – both global and in house, backlog, material availability and priorities

  • Be able to see future issues and plan around them

  • Checking material availability short-term & long-term, prioritize what purchasing should focus on pulling in

  • Follow up on production plan and being able to answer questions on shipments

  • Set lead times for our products

  • Being the information link between production, order&shipping and purchasing. Close contact with sales, Product Managers

  • Also involved in projects for new product introductions, creating and setting up products in SAP

  • Maintaining master-data in SAP

  • Following up on stock levels

  • Being part of end-of-life projects

  • Plan for and execute on changes to BOM’s

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP or similar ERP system

  • Experience in production planning

  • Language: English, Estonian, Russian recommended, not required

Personal characteristics:

  • Driven, analytical, innovative

  • Like the pulse and the focus shifts

  • Outgoing. Communicative. Good relationship builder
