JPMorgan Chase Project Analyst - Payments - Senior Associate in Tampa, Florida

The Global Strategic Delivery team leads initiatives across the Payments Client Service & Implementations organization to position the business to best serve our clients.

As a Senior Project Analyst in the Global Strategic Delivery team, you will be accountable for establishing a more data driven approach to improving the client experience through proactive outreach. You will support global projects that improve the employee and client experience, and help define the CS&I strategic roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the data analytics strategy for a global strategic program (Success Through Service) with the goal of leveraging data to promote a more proactive client service model

  • Deliver data-driven insights that support decision making related to the business strategy

  • Identify, recommend and measure process improvement opportunities that will deliver business efficiencies and improve the client experience

  • Understand key business performance indicators, derive insights, and develop forward looking actions

  • Present and develop materials for senior-level executives that clearly indicate progress, roadblocks, and benefits

  • Maintain accountability by quickly escalating issues and using best judgment to resolve

  • Collaborate with partners across functions to improve data quality, reporting, and maintain adherence to high standards of data

  • Build analytics reporting and dashboards to derive and communicate data insights

  • Guide the future direction of Client Service & Implementations through connectivity to global teams, understanding of the Payments business agenda and a customer-oriented mindset

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient with data automation and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau)

  • Ability to organize/analyze complex data sets and synthesize findings into actionable plans

  • Ability to think strategically and exercise independent judgement

  • Self-driven with ability to drive projects to successful completion

  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with senior level management and internal stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel)

  • Open-minded and collaborative team player

  • Detail orientated
