Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Accountant in Tustin, California. The individual will be primarily responsible for preparing tax payments and analyzing client returns within our telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Analyze client returns and provide appropriate feedback.

• Utilize various accounting software systems to maintain and update client records.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with IRS regulations and company policies.

• Apply knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes to all tasks.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding tax-related inquiries.

• Manage and maintain accurate financial statements.

• Use ADP - Financial Services to streamline accounting functions.

• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for tax preparation and compliance tasks.

• Use Intuit ProSeries for efficient tax preparation and filing. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Tax Accountant role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred

• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax

• Knowledge of Intuit ProSeries and other accounting functions

• Strong auditing skills

• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements

• Knowledge of IRS regulations and guidelines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
