If you enjoy the challenges of improving the serviceability of complex and advanced lithography equipment, using your availability vision, organizational, and communication skills, you will successfully fulfill the position of Availability Architect within the DUV Overlay and Availability group.
Increase products and processes robustness with a strong focus on ASML Product Improvement and Sustaining projects.
Within these projects you will focus on:
-Analyze system availability with focus on design improvement.
-Make availability forecast based on upcoming design implementations and introduction effects.
-Align the Availability Roadmap with System Engineering.
-Perform deep dives on availability performance in the field to understand correlations & trends.
-Define and explain gaps between expected and actual specifications
-Communicate the (future) focus priority to close the specification gaps to a broad group of stakeholders.
Master Degree in a technical area, such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics/Physics.
-5 years’ experience in a multidisciplinary technical environment.
-Proven track record with Service activities and specifically diagnostics and calibrations (RAMS).
-Broad scope (software, mechanics, electronics, IT infrastructure).
-Capable of doing analysis on new design to define the critical serviceability areas that shall require improvements.
-Used to work in time and budget driven project environments.
-The drive and enthusiasm to achieve tangible results.
-Self-propelling and Entrepreneurial.
-Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
-Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
Context of the position
The D&E Performance & Integration cluster is concerned with the design, development, testing and integration of the complete TWINSCAN package which drives a generation of ASML products. It is largely concerned with movement control on nanometer level, user interfacing and customer recipe definition and execution.
Within the P&I department, the DUV System Performance department brings together the key competences needed for performance integration throughout ASML’s product development programs.
Within DUV SP is Overlay and Availability the group that looks amongst others for solutions to minimize downtime of our machines and thus maximizes uptime in our customers’ factories.
You will interface with line and program level stakeholders within a broad scope of sectors (D&E, System Engineering and Customers Support) and use your expertise to inform the Product Development Manager, Product Cluster Manager, System Engineering, Project Leader and Project Architect
You will report to the Overlay and Availability Group Manager.
