Role and Responsibilities

This position is at CAE Healthcare, a division of Madison Industries.

Ügyféltámogató mérnökeink magas szintű IT-, hálózati- és termék-ismeretük révén hatékonyan, akár perceken belül képesen a hibák elhárítására. Otthonosan mozognak Linux környezetben és angol nyelven a világ számos tájáról bejelentkező ügyfelekkel, kollégákkal proaktívan oldanak meg problémákat. Az egyik legizgalmasabb informatikai kihívás, a szimulációs technológia területén töretlenül fejlődünk, jelenleg több, mint 700 egyetemmel, tanulókórházzal állunk kapcsolatban, és ügyfeleink között végtelenül széles a paletta.

    Csatlakozz csapatunkhoz Ügyféltámogató mérnök munkakörbe! Hogyan működünk? 11 fős ügyféltámogató csapatunk szimulációs termékeink telepítésekor, beüzemelésekor, ill. komplexebb hibajelenségek feltárásakor segíti ügyfeleinket. Az ügyféltámogató infrastruktúra, szerverpark üzemeltetése is az ő feladatuk.

Mivel/Hogyan dolgozunk?

  • Munkánkhoz használt szoftverek: Jira, Salseforce, Confluence

Feladatok: · A vállalat által készített alkalmazások üzemeltetése Linux/Unix platformon, beleértve a telepítést, karbantartást, adminisztrációt és konfigurálást · Ügyféltámogató rendszerek üzemeltetése (Level 2-3 feladatok) · Aktív részvétel gondolkodást igénylő, mélyebb rétegekben lévő, rendszerszintű problémák felkutatásában és megoldásában · Mentorálásban, belső tudásátadásban aktív részvétel

Szakmai ismeret:

  • 1-3 év tapasztalat alkalmazások Linux rendszeren történő telepítésében és üzemeltetésében

  • Hálózati ismeretek (TCP/IP)

  • Angol nyelv középszintű ismerete

Elvárások: · Ügyfél orientált szemléletmód · Pro-aktivitás

    Join our team in Customer Support Engineer position! How do we work?

    Our 11 member Customer Support Engineer team supports our customers during the installation and implementation of our simulation products, and in instances where a more complex issue requires in-depth investigation. The operation of our customer support infrastructure and our server park is also their task.

What conditions do we work?

· Softwares we used for our work: Jira, Salseforce, Confluence Your Role & Main Responsibilities:

  • Operating company applications on Linux/Unix platform, including installation, maintenance, administration and configuration

  • Operating customer support systems (Level 2-3 tasks)

  • Actively participate in the identification and resolution of system-level problems that require deep thinking

  • Active participation in mentoring, internal knowledge transfer

Professional Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience installing and operating applications on Linux

  • Networking skills (TCP/IP)

  • Intermediate knowledge of English

Job Requirement: · Customer-oriented approach · Pro-activity Advantages

  • Scripting experience (Bash)

  • BSc education specialised in IT
