Quality Assurance Supervisor:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Edmonton!

You will be responsible for supporting company with all ISO 9001 related quality assurance functions within Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company. This role provides oversight of the requirements for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) for Curtiss-Wright’s business model. The ISO Quality Supervisor will ensure the ISO 9001 QMS demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer, statutory & regulatory requirements.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

● Quality Policy; Scope of QMS; Management review

● Process Control through Procedures, Work Instructions, & Specifications

● Document control & revisions

● Training & competence

● Risks & Opportunities; Resources needed

● Change management; Non-Conformance; Release of product

● Calibration & maintenance and traceability; Monitoring & measurement of process

● Corrective action; Process improvements

● Customer satisfaction & support; Post-delivery activity

● Customer communication of product requirement

● Internal audit; External/Customer audit(s); Supplier Quality management

● Product identification & traceability; Retains/Preservation

● Maintain open and clear communication with QA Manager regarding revisions, updates, changes, non-conformance, or any other process related activities that may affect regulatory requirements.

● Completion of customer document requests associated with the ISO 9001 QMS.

● Facilitate ISO 9001 quality-related investigations.

● Lead investigations of customer complaints regarding quality.

● Schedule and lead audits for ISO 9001 QMS (internal, external, customer).

WHAT YOU BRING:

● A minimum of 5 years of experience in an ISO 9001 regulated Quality position is required. The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of a manufacturing facility in an ISO 9001 environment.

● Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage internal/external audits.

● Ability to update an improve an existing ISO 9001 quality program

● Demonstrates attention to detail.

● Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
