OpTerra Energy Services Investment And Business Development Oversight, Analyst II in Westminster, Colorado

What You Can Expect As our Investment & Business Development Oversight Analyst II, your active involvement plays a pivotal role in sustaining effective operations and adherence to regulatory standards on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff North America Renewables Global Business Unit (RGBU), your primary duties encompass:

Actively engaged in organizing and preparing project reviews and coordinating the approval process at the geographic level. This includes hands-on coordination with sub-GBU, GBU, and Group levels Lead critical investment decisions and submittals to Group Take charge of scheduling and coordinating all committees Become Responsible for meticulously recording meeting minutes and documenting decisions for all Business Development teams Implement processes and align with global governance expectations in a cross-functional capacity Analyze and review Business Development investment files to ensure a disciplined and strategic approach to project developments Ensure consistency with strategic objectives and promoting informed and efficient decision making in the Business Development environment and full compliance with governance standards Operate in a matrixed organization and liaison with the Global Governance Lead to build regional governance Report to RGBU management and regional/country management, participating in regular RGBU Business Development Oversight (BDO) meetings, in order to maintain effective communication, coordinating strategies, and to align Maintain compliance within the group, leveraging your deep understanding of the finance function Take a Proactive approach to navigate through complex processes, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and ensure the BD team consistently delivers accurate documents Carries out other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of two (2) years of combined experience in business and the Energy solutions/services industry You enjoy leveraging your skills in finance, legal understanding, and project management You excel as an analytical thinker and leader with an operational mindset, embracing a collaborative approach in your work Demonstrate an understanding of transaction impacts on financial statements You enjoy fostering teamwork and achieving collective goals

Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy Must be available to travel domestically/internationally up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation Salary Range: $74,500 - $114,195 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
