Job Responsibilities

1. 完成销售目标并不断提高市场份额，报价，谈判和达成销售交易/订单; 积极主动开发经销商渠道， 能独立完成销售工作。

2. 加强与重点房开商和燃气公司、落地的项目安装商建立牢固的业务关系。不断向目标客户展示丹佛斯供热解决方案，以便让Danfoss被选定为首选供应商。

3. 收集市场状况和趋势，竞争对手和价格有关的数据。 向直接经理报告本地市场和客户发展趋势。

4. 协助区域销售经理进行经销商管理和各渠道建设良性发展

5. 通过Salesforce进行客户信息维护和销售数据更新。 识别新的并跟踪现有机会。 建立客户计划，不断提高客户数据质量。

6. 执行公司相关销售及价格管理政策，遵守公司所有的政策，程序和商业道德守则。

Background & Skills

1. 本科以上学历优先

2. 五年以上暖通空调相关行业销售经验

3. 基本英语读写能力

4. 适应出差（50%-70%）

5. 团队协作能力，解决问题能力
