What you’ll do:

• 全面把握公司产品的市场状况，了解同业竞争策略与消费有效需求，为公司产品的市场定位提供科学的决策依据；

• 负责制定、组织并实施海外销售计划，保证现有的市场份额；识别新的市场和客户，扩大市场占有率；

• 负责拟定销售预测及销售计划；

• 负责协调销售部与其他部门的工作关系；

• 负责审核销售奖金内部分配方案的执行；

Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历

• 10年以上销售管理经验；能适应高强度和压力的工作环境。

Skills:

• 具有卓越的市场拓展能力；

• 熟练地中英文听、说、读、写能力；

• 熟练掌握Office等办公软件的使用。"
